Above the LH fuse box you’ll see a square-ish plastic device with (what
looks like) a speaker grille. I think it says “Pektron”. Remove the device.
Your buzz should go away.
As an alternative …
There should be a purple/white wire at the bottom of the ignition lock
cylinder. If you pull the wire off I think the buzz will stop.

I am currently on the road. No ROM. The seat seatbelt warning
buzzer has decided to buzz continuously. Where the heck is it
located so I can disconnect it for the short term?
