[xj40] 1988 VDP Circuit Failure

1988 VDP
I am having a problem that is driving me nuts…OK a little more
nuts. During very cold weather below 20 F (-6) the Right Hand Side,
#10(Radio, Roof, etc circuit), 20 Amp fuse blows out upon starting
the vehicle for the first time that day. This only happens when
temps are low. After starting and replacing the fuse everything
functions normally. Any ideas where to start on correcting this
problem?–

Hal,
Odd.
What else is on the fuse besides radio and sunroof?

In the cold, heaters for door locks can come on, and washer jet
heaters, and one could be shorted.

Got seat heaters?
