Just recently had the harmonic balance on 94 XJ-40 rebuilt and
unable to locate torque value in Haynes manual. Would anyone by
chance know the proper torque value?

of the crankshaft damper which according to the Jaguar CD
workshop manual gives a torque figure of 185 - 220 Nm
