XJ6 Sun gear part availability?

I am looking for XJ6 differential sun gear - does anybody know if there is someone still supplying these parts?

SC Parts say they have them, but the price is unreasonable, besides they may actually not have it.

The ‘CROWNWHEEL & PINION’ must be a PAIR. (manufactured as a pair)

I have never seen them sold separately.

Common ratios are…
2.88:1
3.07:1
3.54:1

However, a sun gear is something else.

Sorry, I thought you meant the ring gear.

I have heard of them referred to as ‘planetary-gears’.

Should be a bunch of good used ones. I should have one in stock, but will need to tear down a diff to get you one.

The input gear in a differential is called a pinion gear. The other is the ring gear.
