HI from Australia. Can any body help me with correct way., Wire colours etc to install new ignition amp on 1984 Australian delivered XJS HE Jaguar ?

just unplug it and connect the loose wires where you pull them from its just a straight swap

Here’s a more inclusive pic for reference by future readers of this thread. The two center wires of the 4-wire connector at the center of the pic go to tabs on the coil.

After working on my car this winter, I can’t get it started. The 2 outside blue/white leads from the amp are disconnected/broken. Can anyone tell me where they hook up to? Thanks!
One goes to the tach. The other connects to a tiny white coaxial wire that crosses over the rear of the engine, disappears into a wiring loom, and ends up at the ECU in the trunk. Car won’t run without it.
