Not too long ago there was a discussion whether the later XK 120 six-bladed fans were balanced or not. Some members reported that their XK 120 fans did not have the small hole drilled in the two Balance Pieces C.5121 and the Fan C.6747 to indicate the correct position of these Balance Pieces in relation to the Fan.
Just to report that my April 1954 six-bladed Fan has this small hole. See photo.
