Hi to all,
I talked with Karen Miller at Jaguar Cars (US) today about my Heritage
Certificate status. She indicated that their researchers consider the
model year break between the 1956 and 1957 XK-140’s to be August 30,
1956. Thus my S812797 OTS (manufacture date Sep 12th) is an early '57.
I remember that we discussed registration versus model year sometime
back, but I don’t recall that we had addressed this particular
information.
