I am missing the sliders for map tray in Dashboard. Does anyone have a set they Will sell? Has anyone Drawings or photos to be able to make a set of sliders? Hope somebody Can help.

The original drawer slides are very difficult to find. The part that fixes to the drawer side is an aluminium extrusion that I have never found available in lengths. Here are pictures of the two that I removed from the drawer in my 140 dhc. I do not have the mating part that fixes to the frame but I did manage to get a picture of one once. In due course I’ll make some with my milling machine but it’s low priority just now.
Are they the same as Mk7 parts?

The slide cross sectional shapes are the same as for Mark V and VII, but the lengths are different, saloons being longer. The hole spacing will be different. On my Mark V and XK120 they are made of brass. I suppose going to aluminum was yet another Lyons cost cutting move. It would be a nice job for somebody with a Bridgeport mill.
