Hi

My name is Carlos and I´m from Spain (Madrid)

I´m trying to get to live my XK140OTS and I need a front left side hub carrier (part number C3606)

I think that there is a part that no one makes anymore so I have to find a secondhand one

Does any of you know a source where I could find one?

If seen one but vendor sales the complete arm and for me is too expensive adding the shipping cost and the Spanish taxes

I would appreciate any information that could help me find one

Have you tried Coventry Auto Components in England? They are XK parts specialists and aside from after market reproduction parts they also carry used parts. Also, Welsh Jaguar Enterprises in the U.S. similarly carry a selection of used Jaguar parts and might be worth a try. Good luck.

Is the carrier missing, or only damaged?

If CAC can’t help, try Guy Broad. Failing that Tom or Ash Kent who will almost certainly have what you need but will be expensive.

Sellers probably want to sell it with the stub axle because it is so difficult to extract the axle without a hydraulic press.
You can use one from a Mark V saloon, but not Mark VII, VIII or IX because the steering angle is different. Nor any of the small saloons, also different. Be sure to get the left side not the right side because the alignment flats are on opposite sides.
