[xk] C head question

In listing the differences between an “A” head and the “C” head, what is
meant by the reference to the valve angles being 30 degree’s or 45 degree’s?
Does that mean the angle of the valve stem is 30 or 45 degree’s from
vertical? Wouldn’t that effect the fit of cams and covers? Or, am I getting
this mixed up with the the discussion on triple cut valve grinding? Thanks
in advance for setting me straight.

Aloha, Rob

Rob,
Valve included angle, as in the angle between the center lines of the exhaust vale and the intake valve, was the same for all except the “D”.
The discussion earlier was referring to the angle of the valve seat.
