I KNOW that if I list something incorrectly someone on this list will step
forward with the proper information. The chances of ANYTHING slipping by
unquestioned is virtually nil.

I, too, have been searching you the “correct” information about these
colours…As I once told someone…not all black is “black!” I have found
variations of “shades” from maker to maker.
Without “getting commercial” would it be possible to note the manufacture
of those “correct colours”??
I am about to sandblast my frame and running gear, the timing of this
thread is perfect!
A question on the backing plates…Does anyone else have the white
stencled letters/numbers on the back of their back plates??? I have three of
the four “numbers” and would like the fourth. My Bk drums and Diff carrier
are the “notorious red/orange” anyone else with a 120 DHC have that?
