Sure. The smaller diameter of the J17, which fits into the tunnel
bore of the rear main and establishes concentricity is 2.9151’’
The tool then steps up to 3.1194 to presize the rope seal.
I measured the scroll on a 4.2 crank and I got 3.1252’’…so that
implies that the tool undersizes the seal by .0058’’–
