Hi Mike -
I’m not didactic about too many things, but for setting up carbs there’s
really only one way to go: exhaust gas analyzer. A chassis dyno is
nice, but a long level stretch of deserted road and a vacuum gauge (and
perhaps a good supply of patience) will serve nearly as well.
