It looks like the gas tank is out front, radiator might be out to the right hand side if there is one, probably good for 1/4 mile and getting back to the pits.

There was a lengthy discussion about this, probably a year ago or so. The guy who built it has a history of building all kinds of interesting, and weird motorcycles.

I saw a TV show recently where (his son I think) sold off some of the motorcycles he built
They are valuable collector items now
wonder what happened to the XK engine one ?
(most likely got wrecked in a spill)
I think it has a side cart, so not a REAL motorcycle

I did a search on EJ Potter, and it looks like he built several bikes with V8 Chevy engines, but I could only find that one picture of the XK engined bike. None had a sidecar, all had a scratch built drive case on the left hand side but no clutch or radiator.
The search also turned up pics of Harry Potter in what looks like a Watsonian octagon sidecar like the old Swallows.
