[xk] gearshift cover dimensions

Hi Everyone, Could someone please measure the dimensions of
the gearshift cover which screws onto the transmission cover
and surrounds the gearshift? I actually only need the height
at front and back as all other dimensions are evident. This
would be the height of the center front to back sloping area
if it was placed on a horizontal surface and viewed from the
side. Thanks Roland–

Hi Roland. Don’t know if you have a 150 or not. But my 150 piece
is held by 9 screws. Vieved from the top there are 4 on the right
and 4 on the left and one rear center. Teardrop shape with the
point to the rear. The height you ask for is 1 1/2’’ at the front
and remains so til 1/4’’ behind the 3rd screw back at which point it
breaks and slopes down to 0 at the rear center screw. This
uppermost flat area including the sloping portion is also teardrop
shaped but a bit smaller than the base. It is 4 1/2’’ wide and 4
1/2’’ long, not counting the break and rear slope. All the
transitions to the sloping sides are rounded with a 1/2’’ radius.
Hope this helps. -JB–
