[xk] Old! Older and better!

Andrew and All:
In refinishing and redoing the dash board on my 1952 FHC over the past
week or so, I just wish I could go back in time and see the guy that did the
drawer and glove box. The tongue and groove are finished so nicely and the fit on
the glove box is perfect.
To build our XK120s today with the same workmanship, quality, and hours
would give you a USD 125,000 automobile, maybe even more.
No wonder so many have lasted and that sense of quality caused them to be
“saved” and to be “reborn” when times and money were better.
Amen Brothers of the CAT!
Maddest Ludwig, getting there!
