Some Thoughts . . .
Acceptance of our differences, in my opinion, is essential for this list
(or our world) to succeed. What is of interest to me may not be of any
interest to another. What may seem personal to me may not to another.
Isn’t
it about culture, learning style or your “Meyers Briggs”? (The
psychiatrists can elaborate on that)There is not one right way to share this passion for Jaguars. Each of us
comes to this list with different expectations and needs. That’s a great
thing, it only adds to the rich content. I so appreciate the many points
of
view, the many personalities and the humor that comes to this list.I hear that Christer has preferences on how the list “should” operate and
I
want to thank him for sharing them but I also want to say that, in my
opinion, his preferences are simply one point of view, one facet and that
with a list that encompasses people from all parts of our globe, we have
opportunities to practice tolerance and acceptance, even on this small
scale. The benefits far out weigh the temporary inconvenience any of us
may feel . . . in my opinion.Respectfully,
