Here’s the deal. We all show up at his place. Charles passes out one greasy
part and a stiff brush to everyone. A couple of hours later we re-assemble
his DH followed by a Texas Bar-B-Q to celebrate the occasion. Who’s in?

P.S. Since Charles has possibly given me more help than anyone, both on and
off the list, I want the dirtiest, grimiest part. Way to go Charles!

Sounds good to me!! Especially the Texas BBQ. Here in Mich, they
haven’t the foggiest notion of what BBQ is.
It seems there’s a long weekend coming up before too long also… ?

     We lived in Missouri for four years, met a lot of nice Texans, as

well… There was one family from Houston who received monthly “Care
Packages”… they had family members send them real “Texas Bar-Be-Que”… The
stuff they sell in Missouri will “get you by” for a short period of time,
but a Texan HAS to have “the real thing” ;-}
So, do you like Scranbled Eggs with your Calf Brains??

You know that sounds like a PLAN!!!
Pat Morey, Rich Neary, Mike Eck, Rick Holland, and several others from
the 1st Tue group, SERIOUSLY, extended themselves to do the same favor for me if
I asked.
I didn’t but have made some good progress over the past year that.
BUT I know the offer was genuine,
A couple of weekends at CHARLIE’S PLACE and he might be ready for B-3.
There’s a lot of stuff a man has to do himself so I figure next year. Without
Rick Holland’s welding skills, a few of Mike Eck’s parts (including a clock I
can’t wait to see run) and a lot of encouragement and harassment from others on
the list I would still be crying in my beer.
