Dear Roger and others, the parts book shows the heelpads as the same
throughout, BD.11171. Philip Porter provides some info that shows that
they were made from Hardura felt, size 13 �� x 6�, bound by BD.3049/1,
1�� x 2�� long Rexine. Same for rhd and lhd. As one example, 804447
made Sep 55 seen by me had semi circular pads (original). 811972
(wonderful restoration I must agree) was made Dec 55. Regards, John
