Don’t know what the differences are on the FL5 flasher. If this helps, mine
is 35010A, dated 6 57, and is original on my late 1957 XK-150. Mine has 3
screw terminals and a riveted-on right-angle mounting strap.

Good afternoon,
Does anybody know where the DB10 flasher relay (square box) goes on
the OTS,
xK150S?
Anybody know the difference between the FL5 flasher unit 35010 and
35020?
This shows how the flasher is mounted. I have another photo (not in the JL
photo album) that shows the detailed construction of the short strap. It
isn’t entirely obvious. Until you see it.

Hello Marcel::
If you are refering to the small round relay {directional ] ,it is
mounted onto the strut which is to to left of the voltage relay [looking from the
rear ] ,it is also below the bonnet hinge support…
The relay is mounted with the wires facing down…
I believe this is to be correct, although I have seen other
varitions, but that is the way I would go…
Have a good day PS> the strut should have a
favtory hole in
Manny it for the
relay>look for it
