Has anyone any thought on why the two door hinges in attached pics has different bolt mounting pattern ie which cars have which

Wide spacing for DHC / FHC so the bolt heads don’t catch the A post, rear of the front wing,t perhaps ?
Edit. The flange on the DHC / FHC is set at a different angle to the roadster hinge of course ,so the wrong thought !
but the clearance issue re the bolt heads/ wing might still apply.

The flange drilling might have been changed to suit the DHC / FHC where there is a clearance issue, and carried over to the roadster hinge to avoid two types of flange.
