Anyone know how difficult it is to convert the front drums to disk brakes?

I bought a ‘kit’ from Guy broad here in the UK. It is well thought out includes flex brake lines etc. It was a simple process to convert to W/W and disc brakes

“How long” is really more of a checkbook issue. You can buy everything new for a wire wheel car. If cost is no object, you should be able to choose from several comprehensive kits for and see it delivered to your door.
