Problem with the passenger rear window not working
correctly. started to make a noise like something was
trapped or cought when window was raised and slow. now it
does’nt hardly move. have to gently give it a helping hand
when closing the roof. anyone shine any light on this. Is it
a simple fix, can you gain access to the workings, anyone
got a parts diagram.

I have heard of two other people with the rear quarter windows
making noise, jamming or just not operating. I know that on the
1999 to 2000 xk8 has a TSB 501-49 on the rear window regulator.
You may want to check to see if lubrication will solve the problem
first. If this fails you may want to check and see if a TSB is
available for your car. Yours is a 2000? I understand the window
repair could cost $1000.00+�� Good Luck!
