Good question! The body paint code is DMZ for Platinum; Silver
is for German cars! My wifes XK8 has chromed wheels but JCNA
docked her 25 points for not having painted ones, yet Steve
Kennedy’s JAGUAR book states that Chrome Wheels are factory
options!
This doesn’t answer your question so…why not use
Platinum DMZ with clear coat? It’s listed on vehicle placard
on door frame for body but no mention of wheel finish.
