I believe my 2005 XKR front end is too low by 1.5" to 2" possibly due to front spring fatigue. I’ve heard this can also be due to the top mounts/spacers of the shocks becoming crushed although mine look ok. What is the front height specification and where is it measured? Thanks.

It has been suggested I get new shocks to fix this. I’m puzzled. The shocks I’m familiar with are happy with almost any height when static. The electrical connection is somewhat of a mystery to me, but if electronics affect ride height, what happens when the ignition is off?_
