I have a new firewall so I need to make holes for the pedals. What is the size of these holes? There has been some indication of the FHC using an alternate arrangement with a felt seal. Is this preferable?
The holes in the 140 OTS/DHC firewall (bulkhead) are 2" diameter for brake and clutch pedal stems.

1 1/2" for all.
It is obviously built to a better spec.
