I had Tom delete the same link because I thought it would be better if I posted it. This is my mom’s car that my dad bought for her as mother’s day present back in 1971. She used it as her every day driver in the summer for 25 years.
It was original black with a red interior but my mom liked the blue so there you go. I spent all of last year putting 600 miles on it and sorting everything that broke. At this point the car starts easily hot or cold and you can take it 200 miles no problem. I drove it on hot days last summer and it has never boiled over.
Huge stack of invoices going back 50 years.
My mom is now 84 and hasn’t drive it herself in years. Would love to keep it by I’m up to my eyeballs in my own stuff. Car is in RI and feel free to contact Tom. He is knowledgeable and has driven the car quite a bit. You can also PM me.
