Sorry to hear it, but Jaguars have a mind of their own, and if something doesn’t work, that is that. Mine has a low coolant light that comes on every time I drive the car, and goes off on its own in a few minutes. Yes, I have checked the level a few times. It is full. There is a sensor in the reserve tank or something. Your issue may be just a blown fuse, or a relay not working.

There was a TSB that we got when I worked at the dealer a few decades ago.
Look the SEAT CONTROL MODULE for damage to the lid and/or circuit board.
The copper traces sometimes get scuffed and become OPEN CIRCUIT.
