Fellow travelers on another Jag list led me to this source for console lids with the cup holder mechanism for the LWB vehicles at least 2006 upward, perhaps a year earlier. These are only for the few vehicles produced with the rear seat climate control AC unit buried within the back of the console. These are available via the company website for about $100 with shipping to the US, or $83 via the company and eBay.
They also carry the regular cover for cars with conventional consoles. These appear to be NOS Jaguar OEM items.
Just passing this along in case anyone else has suffered the dreaded broken cup holder issue on an X350 model with the rear climate control option.
