2010 5L X150 - Best Engine Oil?

I have the above vehicle, a 5L Supercharged Coupe and I want to change the engine oil and filter. I have seen various oil specs recommended as follows:

5.0L petrol SC SAE 0W-20 engine oil meeting Jaguar Land Rover specification STJLR.51.5122.

If unavailable SAE 5W-20 engine oil, meeting specification WSS-M2C925A may be used:

  1. Castrol Edge Professional E C5 0W20
  2. Castrol 5W20 WSS M2C925A
  3. Shell Helix Ultra Professional AF 5W20
  4. Millers XF Premium 5W20

So, any recommendations which is the best oil to use
would be much appreciated, oil cap suggests Castrol SAE 5W20….

I would get any of the recommended brands that are on sale… :slight_smile:

Any good oil, changed regularly, will work completely and totally adequately. There really is no bad oil to use. Just keep it changed with the filter and you’re good!
