89 XJ6 Lower fulcrum bolt has washer on each side

Front suspension …LOWER FULCRUM BOLT when I replaced the bushings on the drivers side… there were 2 (1 on each side) large mildly tarnished washers between the LOWER WISHBONES front bushing and rear bushing… all seems OK with driving etc and this was a single owner car before I bought it.BUT

The exploded parts guide does not show any washers on the lower fulcrum bolt. Anyone know why they may be there and why they are not listed in albeit OLD parts diagrams??

The parts CD didn’t even show them, good to know they should be there as I reinstalled the original ones
