Hi,
Well yes, and no. I agree that the darker grey looks very much like Birch Grey. But it appears to be yet another two-tone paint job and the lighter grey is something else, something lighter than Birch Grey.

My Mark V was my only car and daily driver from 1969-72. My mother drove it during my first year away at college. I still have that car.
