Hi folks:
Finally got the ABS fixed. Turns out the overvoltage relay had a bad
solder. I had a hell of a time pinpointing bad circuit. I originally
resolder the whole thing hoping to fix it. After reinstalling, it
still didn't work. I tried reading the circuit with a multimeter but
everything checked good. It seemed to only fail when cold so I put the
relay in the freezer and the printed solder circuit opened up like a
whitehouse intern. I resoldered it an now it works fine.
