Most of the times when I restart my car, it’s off but after my car starts moving 10-15 ft it comes back on. Is this a sign of a failed ABS wheel sensor? Years ago when I did some job (forgot what) on the right rear wheel, the sensor came apart. The metal piece got stuck in the hole while the plastic part came off. I pressed it back onto the metal part and installed the retaining bolt.

The fact it only comes on once you have started moving does suggest it’s a sensor problem, but we both know how misleading faults like this can be ! Have you looked at the right rear wheel sensor yet ? Maybe it’s worked loose from the metal piece, or water or muck has found it’s way in there over time.
