Don’t pile stuff up on the suction side of the pump. If you add an inline filter, remove the pickup screen and don’t add more than one inline filter.
Can I come visit, and toss it around a few twisty bits?

Only one suction side factory filter, one stock fuel filter, and a very lovely little jegs in-line filter.

I’d suggest you trailer it the other way round (ie engine to the front), as the engine weight will be more central, and you’ll have better control than if its bouncing at the rear end of the convoy
it’d be a shame to crash it on the road
So long as the trailer tongue weight is correct, the orientation of the car is pretty irrelevant.
Will this primarily be a track car? It appears you’ve gutted the doors.
