Found this amongst my late uncle’s jag parts. Does anyone have any idea what it’s for. He had a 68 E type. And some XJ’s.
Looks like a alternator mount
Looks like the bracket for the AC compressor. It attaches to the large, heavy, “L” shaped bracket that the alternator mounts on.
