A friend has a 1985 Jaguar XJS. The car is an extremely solid southern US vehicle. The front and rear brakes has been totally redone with new calipers, pads, hoses, etc. The seats have been professionally reupholstered. One has been dyed black. Glass is excellent. The car will be sold without an engine, but a excellent running GM motor is available for a modest cost. The entire car is available for $1800 neg. If there is no interest, the owner said he will sell it for salvage! It would be terrible for a nice solid XJS as this to be sold as “junk”. OWNER just said he would take $1000 for the entire car!
The complete car with new seats, brakes, almost rust free is now $700.00! The rear differential is worth that! Not understanding why it is still avaliable!
