Clock location in corner of windshield

On my 2002 X found a good location for a 2" X 2" Clock , I put one in the corner
of windshield and dash pad.

Very good location .

What is wrong with the built in clock?

I was wondering…

Most of the time I could not see anything down there, and you have look
down, its like working with a cell phone, very dangerous.

I have one with a white background easy to see, its a small travel clock.
