[collectibles] DG-250-MJ

I recently acquired a DG-250-MJ transmission with the intent to
pass it on to a happy new home. Unfortunately, I dont know exactly
what models it fits. I find frequent mention of the DG-250 in my
research but nothing concerning the MJ portion of the model. The
serial number is JBC 16997 and the casting number on the case is
V3 20-505-AP. The gentleman I acquired it from is in his 90s. He
told me that it belonged to his older brother who recently passed
and that he had it on his shop shelf for the last 50 years. I have
not opened it up to check the condition. If anyone can tell me
exactly what model this fits it would be greatly appreciated.

You should try posting on the Saloons list. The Collectibles list is for
items like books, memorabilia, and photos.

My 1957 MK VIII came equipped with a DG-250-MJ transmission.
