Does anyone remember a cartoon (maybe at the release of the Mk1 or
Mk2) showing abig square jawed driver in a large American sedan
looking open-jawed at a leaper in the traffic lane alongside… and
followed behind by trails of leapers?
It could be a cartoon by ‘‘Handelsman’’.
Anyway, it was brilliant!
Maybe it was promotional: it certainly would have worked!–
