Madam, your query would be best served if you would post it
at the XJS forum site as well as the V-12 forum site. What
year is your machine, mileage and statement of most recent
mechanical work performed on it. Overheating and stalling is
a classic symptom of an older car/high mileage or poor
cooling/electrical system maintenance.You will find a wealth
of folks who are highly competent in diagnosing, if you are
able to competently describe the vehicles behavior, and know
the history of your machine mechanically. Best to you, the
V12 is tough and hardy when properly cared for. Poor dealer
work or unknowledgeable mechanics can actually worsen a mild
problem owing to the sophistication of the Jaguar system.
