[concours] 54 Concours Rules changes

I have searched the JCNA site and cannot find these proposed Concours Rule
changes. Where
did you find them?

Len go to the AGM page and scroll down. Most are simple
housekeeping changes. The reason they are posted now is to allow
folks to become familiar with the issues/changes. It will be up to
the clubs to vote to reject or accept these items–as you know.
There is a thread on the JCNA site where the comments will be of
more value than here on JL.–

No problem. When spelling or puncuation issues are found they are
addressed and become an ‘‘item’’. There are some actual proposed
changes but not 54!–
