[concours] Plug wire routing, separator position

Looking for help determining the correct separator number
and position for 54 xk120. Research says a total of 5
separators, 2 thick, 3 thin. Even Porters guide does not
specify this, and several pictures show the separators and
the chrome ring positioned differently. Can anyone advise

  1. on which cam cover nut the chrome bracket goes, and is
    it parallel to the cam cover or perpendicular.
  2. how many separators fit in the ring, thick, or thin
  3. where are the non bracketed separators positioned,
    thick or thin.
