No not in Championship class. Why in the world would you want to use a
tire that small in diameter?

185x70 is still incorrect and approximately 1.5" less in diameter then
the allowed 185x15R. Unless you are planning on driving this car
rather then showing it and seeing as how early it is maybe you should
be looking for a set of 640x15 tires as they came with.

current source that the 2012 JCNA Concours Rule Book. Rather than answer
your question directly, I recommend that you take 5 minutes and download the
JCNA Concours Rule Book from the JCNA website, it’s free. The answer
