Remarkable that the basic hinge design didn’t change from the XK120 to the 150, at least it looks the same in the pic. The most charitable thing to say about the design is it’s primitive. Not only are they steel on steel there’s no provision for occasional lubrication. Steve, I’d strongly recommend doing a little research into improvements.
