@BillJag, in case you haven’t gotten to it yet, I took some pics of the process. You can clearly see the little brass spring release when it appears after you turn the key. This was about a 20 minute job. I simply swapped my old tumbler mechanism for the new one, as I wanted the old key to work for both doors and ignition.
