Am having trouble adjusting the drivers door on our 1962 Jaguar MK 2 . For some reason I cant get the Hinge to adjust to get the lower portion to come in .

Adjusting at the door jamb, or door itself? IIRC, the jamb mount is fixed and the adjustment is all done at the door. There is quite an amount of adjustment available, so maybe jammed up. You may need to remove the door panel to see what’s going on.
If you are merely running out of adjustment, perhaps the door has been badly repaired at some point.
