I figured they might let you know if they hear of any. Also that they may know reputable mechanics or know those that do.

From my experience, since 2014 when the etype market heated up, along with porsche 993, no shop will do plain patch jobs (rear wheel arch repairs). Now its full restoration or forget it (or commissioned wreck jobs).

Before you ask, I still have 'em bothā¦and the old girl, but weāre not driving and playing in the clubs like I used to. Full time work, grand-daughter (future XKE custodian) etc., ā¦
