1970 E-type SII OTS Cannot find the torque specs. for the 2
cam bolts that retain the camshaft sprocket. After torqueing
I will install safety wire.–

I make sure male and female threads are clean using brake
clean. Then a little locktite, then pretty darn tight, then
careful wiring with lockwire–

In the absence of anything else, I just look up the recommended
torque spec for a fastener of that diameter/thread pitch/material
grade in one of the many tables available on line.

front of the cam. I sure do not want to break that bolt
