Engine Parts for XJ6 in Namibia

I have a 1974 XJ6. 4.2. Where do I find parts like rings, gasget set, bearings?
I am from Namibia and need to import. Maybe even a complete engine?

Try local car clubs by searching on facebook and the like, there you could get lucky and either order together with other owners or get help.
There should be plenty of parts in South Africa, so ideally try their vendors.
